Join the Crowd at Rivalry Thursday

Featured high school football matchups get the pro sports treatment with Rivalry Thursday games.

Hosted on a local TV channel and streamed live online, these matches give local Tennessee schools a chance to show their stuff. The home team receives $500 for hosting the game, and the MVP of the game wins swag and a post-game interview.

Encouraging Student Entrepreneurship

With our Bags to Riches School Shredding Event, we offer free shredding to local high school groups.

School groups go to local businesses that need document shredding and charge any price they’d like to fill up the bags. We shred the contents of each bag for free, and the school groups keep all of the profits.

The group with the most profit wins an extra $2,500 during Rivalry Thursday football season.

Support & Teach Youth

To support local youth and education efforts, Smith & Hammaker sponsors a golf tournament fundraiser for the Boy Scouts of America.

We also sponsor a breakfast fundraiser to help the Emerald Youth Foundation support economically disadvantaged youth across Knoxville.
